Hi Welcome to the community.
I'm not sure on a personal tutor, however theres courses online you can do for free. The best site I personally use is called Cybrary.
With Cybrary you can either do specific courses for a certain qualification, just do basic knowledge or it does career paths where it will tailor your courses based around you wanted career. All these courses are the same level at what colleges offer apart from you learn from a distance and just goto an exam centre and pay for your exam when ready.
I'll leave a link here if your interested, I've been using them for years to keep my knowledge refreshed and qualifications upto date.
Just to point out it does say cybersecurity training, however theres literally everything on there from different career paths like network engineer, IT Fundementals, computer technician etc.

You don't say to to what level your son is educated. Does he have any tech qualifications already? Can he study outside his home?
If your son is able to study beyond home, your local FE College might be appropriate. What about his former school? A teacher might do private tuition. Coursera offer online MOOC courses. The Open University is worth a look.
Good luck.

Hi @Sona what level is your son looking to pick up studying? There are free courses online through colleges however they're limited mainly to level 2 (GCSE equivalent).
