            Hi I'm migrating over to Universal credit and I got a journal entry yesterday saying my Universal credit would be worked out because I'm also on ESA , I thought that stopped when you are swapped over 🙂, thank you.

You must have a mixed legacy ESA claim, that is partly CB and partly IR. I had this and was unaware until migration, it isn't mentioned on any of my previous letters.
You will receive New Style ESA every 2 weeks, as well as a monthly UC payment. What you get in NS ESA, it is deducted in full from the UC. It's to do with your Class 1 NI contributions, for your future State Pension.
