Urgent help needed please
Hi I’m new here I just joined, I would just like to share my situation I’m living in and possibly looking for some advice please as I really don’t know what else to do. I’m autistic, I have learning difficulties, anxiety, depression, hyper mobility and sleep deprivation. My partner has borderline personality disorder and heart disease, we have been living in our property for 18 months and we have a antisocial neighbour, she (removed by moderater) smokes fags in the communal hallway, slams the doors constantly and leaves the main security door open, shouts abuse and threatens us and commits hate crimes towards us the neighbour has a police charge from us in January for section 4 a public order offence harassment alarm and distress since then her behaviour still continues, the council went to court on the 29th of July for a civil injunction and we came away with a undertaking instead which is a legal promise to the court to stop doing certain behaviours the undertaking stops her from speaking to us and playing loud music the neighbour has breached the undertaking on both conditions now the council are refusing to take it back to court. The council discriminates against us and our disability’s and in favour of the perpetrator and her mental health, the neighbour has had 8 other anti social behaviour cases against her and 60 criminal convictions, the council protects her every way possible, we have our local MP involved, local Green Party councillor, victim support, SARI, pohwer advocate, disability solictor, I really don’t know where to turn to anymore and we can’t continue to live like this anymore it is physically and mentally draining, I am all for some advice please.

Hi @lunabella and a warm welcome to the community from me!
I’m really sorry to hear about everything you and your partner are going through. It’s completely understandable why you’re feeling exhausted, it sounds like a really stressful situation.
It sounds like you’ve got the right people involved to support and back you up as you’ve mentioned the police, council, your MP and several support organisations which is good!
It may also be helpful to contact the Housing Ombudsman Service if you believe your council or housing provider is failing in their duties around antisocial behaviour. There is also the Equality Advisory Support Service that may be useful to contact as they help if you believe you’re being discriminated against under the Equality Act.
If you feel like the council continues to ignore your needs, then the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman may be able to step in with some help and support.
If you or partner feel like you're at immediate risk please call 999, I hope this was helpful and please keep us updated on the situation if you feel comfortable to do so
