Hey guys. I'm amie. I got late diagnosed adhd and asd in my 30's. Diagnosis of cptsd followed after that. I've done a bit of work in the past actually before my diagnosis with Lived Experience groups.

Hoping to one day become an advocate for myself not just other people 🙏
