Am looking to move in with partner we are both on universal credit, will we be reassessed if we make a joint claim, I have lcwra and am in the support group, she has lcwra, very stressed about this any help would be very grateful

    When you move in together, you would report the change and link your claims together. You would then be paid based on your joint entitlement as a couple.

    In a couples claim only one person can be paid for LCWRA, although you'll both still be classed as LCWRA with no work commitments.

    Do either of you receive Daily Living PIP?
