I'm sorry to hear that you are really struggling and you can't get better with the desease.

What helped me when I was struggling on holiday with illness is meditation, reading and colouring in apps. I hope these ideas help you.

I had a bone marrow biopsy done today. Was a little nervous about it. However the two staff I dealt with where super reassuring and explained it so well there where no nasty surprises. And I got loads of gas and air haha. So I was on a different planet.
