My auntie is a carer but she been told she can't claim carers as she is pensioner I do a few hrs she said I could claim as only one of the 2 carers can claim I do bout 4 hours out ov 35 she does 31 is that still good for me too claim without any issues thanks for feedback

No, as you need to meet the minimum number of hours, which is 35.
To claim Carers Allowance when you care for 4 hours a week would be benefit fraud.
