so after i received 0 points on my claim which i started beginning of march and after many weeks waiting for mandatory reconsideration i sent them more information and a letter from my cardiac surgeon because i recently had brain surgery and i have to wait until spring 2026 for heart surgery, i received a phone call today they wanted to confirm my bank details and if i was ok to receive a large backpay or too split it and to ask if ive been abroad or in hospital over night, ive been told this is a good sign so i remain hopeful after many months of worry

It does sound hopeful, they normally ask those questions when an award is forthcoming, but please wait for the decision letter to make absolutely sure!
