Anxiously waiting PIP Review Forms

I had the text last week saying my PIP was under review. No form has arrived yet. I have had an on going award which started in January 2015. I was almost certain that I was going to get the light touch 6 page forms for my review but since getting the text research has been conflicting some places saying that on going awards will get the light touch others saying they may not unless they meet certain criteria, one of which being enhanced both. I only get enhanced care with standard mobility. I am incredibly anxious about the potential of getting the longer form and ending up with a face to face or phone assessment as I did not have one when I first applied.
The main reason I claim is for issues surrounding my ADHD as well as Depression and Anxiety. My needs have not really changed in 10 yrs but I have been on disability of some kind since I was diagnosed back at age 10. I have never not had this extra money to help me and am terrified that I will end up with the longer review form, have a face to face and then lose my PIP altogether and lose a significant amount of money coming in each month.
Also so many people with similar issues to me never get awarded PIP so I know I am lucky but nevertheless I am extremely worried and it occupies my thoughts almost daily when I end up down a rabbit hole of conflicting research and get myself more and more worked up

Hi @LucyLive91 and welcome to the community! Bless you, it's totally understandable that you're feeling anxious. I know it's easier said than done, but try to find yourself a distraction whilst waiting for the paperwork to try and protect your well being.
Hopefully other members will see your post and provide their experiences which might put you more at ease.
