Annoyed yet again

Had ongoing constant back for over 4 years told over and over back spasm. Went to orthotics about my gait as left foot intoes and have leg length discrepancy prescribed right foot heel lift and asked for assessment of hips.. hips thankfully fine but have moderate osteoarthritis in L5/S1 in spine and mild in si joints I'm only 39 dont let them fob you off if it weren't for orthotics taking me seriously I still wouldn't know

I am sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time. It sounds like you are in a lot of pain. It sounds like you may need some support from your GP to help with pain management. You could ask for some physiotherapy, or a referral to pain management.
If you have the funds, you could try hydrotherapy.

Check if you have schlosis with your cp i do with your doctor

I have mild scoliosis of thoracic spine, why do all doctors come across as not bothered being referred to physio yet again with lower back pain it's not just lower back pain it's moderate osteoarthritis of my spine
