Title: Don't need it? Donate it! Just enter "Scope" as the order ID. EVRi x Scope. A picture of a black man in an orange hat with a checkered black and white polo shirt on a green background.

From 15 to 29 September, people across the UK can now donate items to Scope via Evri’s 10,000 ParcelShops and lockers. It’s a simple, free way for people to give to Scope without visiting a shop. And it has huge potential to bring in vital extra income for disability equality.

How it works:

  1. Visit evri.com/scope to download a free label
  2. Pack up donations and attach the label
  3. Drop off at a local Evri ParcelShop or locker

Evri then delivers donations directly to Scope shops. πŸ€—

Every bag of pre-loved donations can fund a vital call to Scope’s helpline. Allowing us to give support and advice to a disabled person when they need it most.Β

A pink circle. Within it states: 1 bag of donations equals 1 helpline call* A yellow love heart is at the bottom left hand side of the page.

One bag of donations (worth around Β£15) funds a 15-minute call. Β Last year alone, we supported over 35,100 people through our helpline.

Β Every donation helps us reach more people who need support. Thank you for making a difference.Β

Ooh this makes donating a lot easier considering my local Scope shop isn't very close. I will have to have a rummage about for some donations!

Oh that's interesting. The original post mentioned parcelshop & locker so I didn't realise they were offering collection as well. I do have a few items waiting to be donated so might use the collection service myself. πŸ™‚

To be honest @OverlyAnxious, neither did I until I got through to the label options. All said free so I'm hoping that does include all three options.

Hi @OverlyAnxious, @Zipz just wanted to make you aware I've asked for clarity regarding the collection option here at Scope and hope to have an answer back soon.

@Zipz and @OverlyAnxious just wanted to confirm that the collection option is free to the online community for the time being. I believe this might be reviewed at the end of this week so if you, or anybody else was looking to arrange this, I'd print the label before then just to be safe. 😊

This is brilliant, I already have 2 boxes packed for my son to take to our local drop off. My unwanted items usually go to a 'rival' charity shop because we don't have a Scope nearby.

Yay! Thanks @vikingqueen πŸ€— I'm so pleased that this partnership with Evri is happening. It really helps make things more accessible 😊

Do you mean rails full of clothes? You would need to put the clothes in a box for the Evri collection. If you mean actual rails then Evri won't be able to collect those as they'd be too big.
