Thinking about going in for pip
Ive been claiming Limited capability for work and work-related activity for a few years and my mental health hasn't improved. Ive tried engaging with local help services and such a few years ago but fell out of contact thus I hace very little evidence to back up my crippling anxiety. I mostly get supported by family.
What should my first steps be in seeing if im eligible for pip?

I would start by reading through the descriptors to assess whether an award is likely.
Local welfare rights can help you fill in the form if you decide to apply.

Hey @simon1987 welcome to the community.
We have lots of info on the process here if you wanted to have a read though?0 -
Do try to access a local advice service if you can. As well as helping you to make an application they can advise you on what evidence to supply to support this.
