PIP and having a baby

hi guys, i’ve been receiving pip for a while however i have a baby now (couple months old).. my worry is that do i need to tell pip about this? i keep seeing mixed comments about wether to tell them or not when they send their next review paperwork but i'm worried they’ll take the money off of me and i wouldn’t be able to support my baby as well as myself and a house!
