Please help with wca decision

Hello I had a work capability assessment after being on uc the assessment was by phone. I have been unable to work for 18 months. The outcome was LCW. I was hopeful and so was my social worker that I would get LCWRA.

I hadn't returned the uc50 form back because of a mental breakdown. My PIP was stopped four years ago after several years getting it but not being able to cope with the process of tribunal.

My mental and physical health are far worse than four years ago. My sister does almost everything for me, I don't go out. My agoraphobia is so bad she does shopping, helps me with housework, I don't want to overshare sorry

Has anyone had success overturning a WCA decision via mandatory reconsideration? The assessor failed to write down that I am only not under the CMHT anymore because I disengaged and due to my agoraphobia I didn't attend several appointments. I have been admitted to psychiatric ward but not for over a decade.

I got a copy of the wca report and I don't understand what is highlighted.

Risk is likely if fit for wra in one line then risk is unlikely if found fit for wra in the next sentence...

Just finding out the outcome that I am considered fit for WRA has caused a real tangible deterioration. I am not able to sleep or eat. Being found fit for activities means I am pushed into a future where I have no end in sight of poverty and debt. I don't have enough money to pay for my basic bills. I am absolutely suicidal due to that.

I have had a gas and electric meter force fitted since moving to uc and not being well enough to work part time anymore because trying to live off the basic uc is impossible. Let alone on top the thought of any type of WRA, even if its at home my CFS means I often am unable to stay awake for planned appointments by phone (I don't go anywhere in person for appointments at this point). The real fear of sanctions is terrifying.

Would a letter and contact details from my sister explaining the level of support she provides and my lack of functioning right now be worth anything for a mandatory reconsideration? I am not seeing my GP often right now. I will when I am feeling able to open up. I was discharged from the cmht due to non attendance, then moved gp surgery so they aren't familiar with my MH only my physical.

Please any advice is extremely appreciated

I have helped someone to get a decision changed at MR stage but it can be challenging. I would advise that you or your sister on your behalf contact a local advice organisation. You can find agencies in your local area using the link below.
