ESA to UC migration - how can I work out how much my first UC payment will be?

good afternoon everyone , I hope someone can advise me please

23rd September 25 made migration to UC . Today I got an esa payment I rang them and it's Wednesday 1st Octobers money , last payment . I know esa is paid in arrears how can I work out how much my first UC payment will be job centre said I be paid uc on 23rd October
