PIP REVIEW FORMS, ESA AND UC LCWRA

Hello, please forgive me, I've a plethora of mental illnesses, can't regulate my emotions, scared very easily, physical problems, and I'm not very good at explaining everything.

I got a text on Monday, 22nd, to say my PIP review has started. I rang them and deadline is 23rd October. Thus far, no forms have arrived.

I had such a bad panic attack, i almost past out!

I'm calling them tomorrow, as I don't want to wait the full two weeks, and want an extension, too

If the first review form arrives, even if they've given me a new extension, and I fill that in (as I want to get whichever one arrives filled and sent back), won't that first review form be linked to the original deadline of 23rd October, in case I send it back after that date? I'm very confused.

Also, what if my forms don't arrive and they stop my claim OR if I don't fill them out on time etc - will it stop my ESA contribution-based, as I'm in the support group (I don't get the SDP) and will it stop my UC LCWRA?

I'm not sleeping, my stomach is not good and I'm genuinely terrified.
