i need a needs assesment done how do i go about this
Hi im interested in trying to find information on supported housing scheme living on my own with a warden or extra help as im struggling with my mental health and well being im 40 male liv alone at moment in social housing but iv let myself go due to mental health i do have 1 dog 1 cat my dog is a tiny t cup chiwawa he like a emotional support dog but not formally id like to know how to go about applying and what people think i know everyones support is different just to have an insight i need a needs assesment done how do i go about this please thanks

To request a needs assessment:
Housing is one thing you can raise as part of the process.
While some housing providers do recognise the positive impacts of having pets, emotional support animals have no legal recognition or official registration.
