Enhanced review UC
I feel so nervous asking this,. But has anyone gone through a Enhanced Review? what does it mean? someone has said something or banks flagged something? I dontknow what it would be because i'v done nothing wrong, I sent my ID and they asked for bank statements but didnt say how many so i sent 4 months of the bank that my uc goes into,. I have no Savings or anything, i sent this the same day they sent the message on the journal, no one has bothered to even reply to the questions i asked, I have a phone review on the 6th which is monday, My payment is due on the 9th which is thursday, im worried incase i dont get paid that, I heard people say they stop the payments during the review and i have my rent money in that payment liek my housing, I pay to my landlord, Im really stressed out .

Hi @ChrisCountryGirl. Sorry you're stressed about the review, it's completely understandable but the review is a standard process, it's not because you've done anything wrong, it's to make sure you're getting the right amount of benefits and support 😊
Here's some information about it It explains the process and what you need to do.
I hope that's eased your mind.

Hi,
It is very rare that payments get stopped during or after a review. Only if something is found to be wrong. For most people, the payments continue as normal.
