I scored 0 in my pip renewal

I have received pip now for three years. I have to do a renewal. I had the assessment and then I had the decision today. I’m in shock and I’m so upset because I’ve scored 0 in everything even though my day-to-day living and health has gotten worse. I just don’t know what to do or think? And to make matters worse, it paid some of my bills. I’m feel so down and sad anyway about everything and now this as made things worse. 😓

Hi @tanbang. I completely understand how you feel. When I first applied I scored 0 which was a big shock but I ended up at tribunal and was awarded. I'm waiting for my renewal decision now.

You need to put in a Mandatory Reconsideration, but do this in writing so you know they have all the information. If you call PIP, they may do it over the phone and you won't know if all the information has been written down.
