Hope your all well.
When completing the renewal form do you need to refer to the first time you applied for PIP or the last renewal date. If still the same as the first time you applied and nothing changed can your refer to your first claim.

            Hi there @dmwors2 It's best to complete the renewal as if it were a brand new claim, so please don't just write "no change" Try to focus on real life examples of how you are affected daily and less on medical documents and you'll be ok. 😊 0
