Just had the same thing but ours was a face to face. I tried all ways to find out was it my ID or his. Nobody could give me a definate answer. So we attended but they couldn't find the appointment and I have to say they were very accomodating. Our son is non verbal with starngers which I had informed them of. I went armed with a file that resembled war and peace. They took a copy of my ID and a copy of his bank statments as he had a backpayment earlier this year. That was it, done. They said his ID was confirmed because my ID had been verified. The lady we dealt with was lovely and so far going by his journal today everything is in order by the messages.
