I had a stray that adopted us last year. She was heavily pregnant and after making her some cozy beds and rooms up she had them outside unfortunately a neighbours dog heard the noises none of them survived ๐. Mother cat only left are garden once after that. And yes that 1 time she left and was pregnant again only this time these cuties were born behind our sofa
The litter of 5 she had were all girls. ๐ฅฐ And were all neutered 8 weeks ago. And enjoying life.

@Emilee Aloysius, my 3.2kg yorkie - when he came to me at 7 months old in Dec '17, he was called Bentley. That was changed sharpish as I don't name my dogs after a car and certainly not a Bentley which would be a constant reminder of my ex, perish the thought ๐๐คฃ๐. So I named him after St. Aloysius he was though, anything but saintly ha ha. He was a 'scrapper' until he had his wotsits well and truly took off ๐ฌ; sharpish in more ways than one ha ha. He's remained very possessive over toys and would scrap if he got the chance. He doesn't. I take no nonsense from people or pets ๐คฃ๐ and should really be St Santosha ๐๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ. He knows which side his bread is buttered, but all with love and a firm, gentle hand, but always a lot of love to this 3kg scrap. Next.... Snicket ๐

@Emilee Snicket came to me at 8 weeks old in March 2016 after my soul dog, my yorkie Jack, passed away aged 15 then 4 days later my beautiful Matilda, my golden girl, unexpectedly aged 12.5 (attached). I still had Mr. Jones (my black shih tzu), then 11 years old, but he had a liver tumour and passed away at 12.5 years old. Snicket was named after Lemony Snicket's 'A series of unfortunate events' as he came following deep sadness. I didn't know then that a Snicket is a passageway between buildings, rather like a ginnel. Just glad he doesn't know that ๐คฃ๐. He is perfect in every single way possible. He and Jonesy Bones were the very best of friends. He cries for Jonesys' cushion (which he'd passed on) and loves to cuddle it.

Finally @Emilee..... Scarperlina... I was going to get the boy from the litter (same parents of Snicket but a year later). My friend suggested Scarper for ''Nicket and Scarper'. 4 in the litter, 2 boys, one was stillborn and one couldn't feed as he had a cleft palate and only survived for a few days ๐ช. So I had both girlies as I didn't want to separate them. Natalie-Tiffany also didnโt walk until c 5 weeks old but would have brought her home anyway, but Scarperlina was named to feminise her name. She's called Eena for short and 'Alloweena' when being scary ๐คฃ.
Her sister, Natalie-Tiffany, was named after Matilda my golden girl shih tzu who had been named after Matilda in the film 'Leon', played by Natalie Portman. Matilda my dog loved 'Diamonds are a girl's best friend' song by Marilyn Monroe especially when she sings 'Tiffany's' (jewellery) so Nat's double barrelled name was a nod to Matilda. When called, the tone used in 'Tiffany' is gently raised as in the song which she loves ๐ฅฐ๐. Sometimes called Fat Nat for short (she's not but seems to like that ๐ ).
And that's the story of how they were named ๐.
