Hi, I'm Mark, 43, married with 2 kids. Trigeminal neuralgia for 12 years, serious depression for at least 5 years. Suicidal thoughts, every day. Tired, fed up, sad, angry, scared.

    Hi @mark82, welcome to the community. That sounds really tough to live with. I hope the community can be a place of friendship and support for you.

    Many of our members will be able to understand what it's like to live with chronic pain and depression so you're not alone here. I can see you've made another post about how you've been feeling and our members have been responding to that, but I just wanted to say hello and welcome you here too. I hope you'll enjoy being part of the community and having a place to talk through what you're feeling with people who understand ☺️

    Hi @mark82 and welcome.

    I'm Cristina, 61, separated, one cat. 🙂 I too have mental illness (including depression with longstanding suicidal thoughts), and multiple medical problems (including chronic back pain and chronic foot pain from peripheral neuropathy). My mental illnesses and physical illnesses feed off each other, so I often don't know where to start, which you might relate to.

    I hope you can journey towards a softer place within yourself, as so many others do on this forum. I'm pretty new here too.

    Good luck finding your footing.
