    I’ve got question about carers allowance now sure where to ask it.
    My question is

    Can someone claim carers allowance and another person claim u/c carers element for the same person

    To answer your question, you can only have one person claiming carer's allowance for someone. You wouldn't be able to have both people claiming for the same person even if they were claiming different styles of caring benefits.
