question about my pip review form

Hello I have a question about my pip review form my letter says that from the 25th sep 2025 I will recieve my review form but havnt received anything as of yet should I contact them to find out what has happened to the form thank you

I should be contacted from 28th September 2025 to be reviewed,my award is till September 2026 so it could be anytime between now and then.

I won’t be contacting them to ask where the form is!

There are backlogs, so I would not worry. I you wish to contact them, do so, but I wouldn't bother yet. The dreaded form will arrive in the end!
