Hi, my name is Chtissie2603! Should I update PIP on my health or wait until review?
Hi, im thinking about updating new changes in my mobilty for PIP. I have had a lot of falls with pictures taken with results of deep cut bruises and blood. Im not sure if I should in case I lose the lowest amount I get. I did not get any points for mobilty but changes in my health shows I should get it. I have been getting PIP nearly 2 years after been refused first application. Im thinking maybe wait for review but not sure how often they do this.

Hi @Chtissie2603, welcome to the community. It can be a big decision whether to notify PIP of a change. Do you know when your claim is due for a review? Usually it'll tell you on your decision letter, or you could try ringing the helpline to see if they can find out for you. The number is 0800 121 4433.
If you feel you'd be entitled to a higher award now that your health has changed then it could be worth notifying them of the change. But it can be a bit of a gamble sometimes as either parts of your award can go up or down. The descriptors are here in case you'd like to read through and see what you might be entitled to now:
