Pip review confused
Hi
NNot sure if anyone can advice or help but my partner received a text a few days ago saying pip review decision complete will receive a letter normally within 2 weeks
I did see if you rang the pip helpline you can sometimes tell if pip will.continue of they tell you next payment amount
I did then ring the helpline and automated message said next payment date with a higher amount so I assumed he had his award increased
Then I found out through Google you can go on gov website and get a statement of entitlement letter so I asked for a downloaded one and it's the same as his original amount so why did the automated pip line say a higher amount totally confused as to which one to believe Thanks

The automated line isn't always accurate.

Just received his award letter and he has been awarded enhanced daily living but when I rang the helpline it still says old amount due 19th November but he's been awarded new from 21st October I'm so confused

As previously advised the automated line isn't always accurate, so you are better off speaking to a person at PIP.
But as you have the award letter I'd not worry too much.
