I'm not sure if this is in the right place or not
Hi everyone, my youngest sister has been having problems with the place where she gets my niece's wheelchair from as my desperately needs a new one as her current one is broken and far too small for my niece now, but the place where she gets it from is refusing to give her a new wheelchair even though you can clearly see that the wheelchair is designed for a smaller child than my niece.
The person who my youngest sister spoke to said that my niece "doesn't fit the criteria" for a wheelchair.
She can walk around unaided, but she uses her wheelchair when she goes out with her mum or when she goes on a day out with her special school.
On their last school outing my sister had taken my niece's wheelchair into my niece's school so that they could see that it's broken and too small for my niece. I think one of the members of staff is an occupational therapist but I can't remember.
The broken part of my niece's wheelchair has been temporarily repaired by one of my sister's friends who is also a neighbour.

Hi @BrianMcFaddenfan24 is there a way you could escalate this to a manager there? Is this a private company who provides the wheelchair?
