ive had one recently and it is such an invasion of privacy but the government secretly and quickly passed an act earlier this year (allegedly) which allows dwp to ask what transactions we spend our money on are for.

Did you mean capital?
If you've got less than £6000 in the bank between you then it doesn't matter at all, just tell them the full amount. There won't be any deductions.
If you've got between £6000-£16,000 between you then it gets more complicated. You can still give them the full amount, but then you'd be getting slightly more deducted than you should as some of it will still count as income at that time. Basically any unspent benefits (UC & PIP) from the month you're paid in should be disregarded as capital. But it is not easy to calculate because you would need to work out how much you have spent since getting those payments. As you work then that adds another layer of complexity, as again it counts as income when you first get it, but then changes to capital if it isn't spent. As the payment dates for UC and PIP (and probably your work earnings) are all different, that makes this calculation pretty much impossible for most people. Personally, I just give them the full account amount, and accept that I'm losing a small amount more in deductions than I actually should. But the reduction in stress and hassle is worth far more to me than a few extra quid each month.

The online problem i worry is my partner does gamble only ever won 300 and I have sold few things on vinted

In that case you won't have any capital.
For UC, the account amounts only matter on the final day of your assessment period. It doesn't matter how much comes in & out during the rest of the month.

Is thay a bad thing

I think you're overthinking this. UC won't care about a £300 win. And they won't care about selling a few items on Vinted.
If you've never had more than £6000 between you, there will not be any problem here.

For Universal Credit? No.
(But for your personal finances, it's always best to have a bit saved if you can for emergencies.)

The bank statement review is only about money. They shouldn't be asking about your work capability.

Did they ask you about anything on the statements?
If not, someone will go through the statements now, and often they will call to ask about a few things on the statements. They don't always call though.

This is all they said Your review calls can't be booked until you have had your ID verified. Your appointment for this is today at your job centre at 11:40am.Once this has been done and your calls are booked yours and p calls will be on the same day.
