PIP review timescale
On 26th Aug my PIP review was recieved. I was expecting months & months of waiting, then this morn a DWP text saying PIP review done letter in 2 weeks with decision. Thats taken 2 months & 2 weeks.
My previous reviews have been paperbased & 4 years each time enhanced on both.
But I never had texts then, it was just letters through doors.
So now I'm thinking as its taken such a short time to review is my decision going to be bad news. Anxiety off the scale....just dont know what to think.
I really expected at least 6 months. I've had no texts or letters since I sent off my review. Just 2 texts, one saying recieved & this one today.

I don't think there's any link between the length of time it takes to review and the outcome so try not to worry. I understand it's a stressful time but hopefully the decision will be in your favour and you can relax.

I always set my expectations that they will make me go to tribunal again.. that way I'm not disappointed... I hope you get the result you're looking for.

I do the exact same thing @friendlyracoon. It's a way to protect ourselves I guess isn't it?
