DWP are joke sat on this phone all day for my girlfriend who hasn't been paid and universal credit can't talk to her so how can she get her money down only have one member of staff for whole country

    Have you not got a journal? I asked for a letter to prove my UC award ( to send to warm home discount) on Monday, they answered the next day saying they had posted it out. I have always had a prompt reply, quite frankly.

    Yes was supposed to get last ESA payment on 5th but can't get through to them at all
