B16 form… don’t know how to fill it in?

I’ve been sent a B16 from DWP. I was self employed (doing TikTok shop) but this was during a time I wasn’t well mentally and it just wasn’t realistic for me to continue doing this so I stopped a gooood while ago. I contacted HMRC in summer and explained I don’t do it anymore and I earned £700 from the few months I was doing it. They told me ok they will remove my self employment and were understanding and explained I wouldn’t need to fill a tax return as I didn’t earn enough. I claim new style ESA (support group) I also get pip. I’ve looked at the form and I can’t figure it out or understand it. It’s asking for my partners details and if he’s self employed? He’s not? The benefits I get aren’t ones that would reduce with my partners earnings. I also didn’t claim new style esa until march 25. Meaning I was no longer active on TikTok. Do I have to fill it in? How do I fill it in? I’m so mithered by it. I’ve called DWP and can’t get through for love nor money. Can anyone help if I do need to fill it in? Cos I have no idea what I’m doing?
