Help with UC

Hi I'm wondering if someone could advise me please?
I currently claim LCWRA, UC and PIP, my husband works full time and gets the caring element for myself. We also receive disabled child element.
Daughter 1, gets middle rate care and low mobility DLA - she's 15 and Home Educated.
Daughter 2, 17 just diagnosed as autistic, possible endometriosis, just left her 2nd year of A Levels until she processes everything.
Do i remove her off of our claim completely as she will now be home educated until next September, when she will return to college. And can she claim carers allowance for her sister? will we lose the disabled child element?
