Universal Credit Review - is an 'expert' different to an 'agent'?

Hello, I've just received a message from a person re my UC review. She says shes a "Review expert". Does this mean its been elevated? I sent all requested info 2 months ago, so a long time. I had a review last year & was from review team in Wrexham, this one from address below. Im worried please can you advise. Thanks
