Disabled wheelchair bound, single mum
hi im in a difficult situation and wondered if u could help me. Im a single mum who is disabled and wheelchair bound . Because. I have a neuralogical disease. I have carers that help me from adult social care . but because childrens social care are involved . Aswel they are saying that its not enuf and they beleive i should have another adult there for suport all day. because if this they have took my 6 nd 8 year old . And put them in foster care . they are saying because that adult social services . wont put the hours in for carers to help me i wont get them back and they will be in long term foster care. Please can you advice me

Hi @vickypunter1 I'm so sorry to read about your situation. Has this been done using a care order by your council and are you still able to see them at the moment?
I'd recommend getting advice from a legal professional. You might be entitled to legal aid to help with this. I've added a few links below that might be helpful.
