UC Review
Back in October I was asked to submit bank statements as part of a review , all seemed straight forward . I was then contacted to say they didn't receive them, it said on my journal it was complete, I sent again , they not got them , i did it again , they cant read them so before I lost the will to live i asked if I could take into my local job centre , east right ! Yes go do that . I paid to have printed out as needed them quickly only to be told at job centre we will not take them. So i contact UC online and get no apology nothing to be told if I refuse to comply my benefits will be stopped ! Who's refusing to comply ! As you can imagine my anxiety is up at the clouds by now and im totally lost . I then get a message to say please submit bank details so I ask a friend who is clever at this stuff to transfer to pdf and submit for me , i don't get any response about it only that my benefits will stop ! I feel like im losing a battle that I cant even take part in , im so lost what to do any help with this would be most appreciated thank you for taking time to read sorry its long

That's awful @lisajane100 - I can completely understand why it's made you feel so anxious. I would suggest raising a complaint with DWP. You can find out a bit more about how to do so here - Complaints procedure - Department for Work and Pensions - GOV.UK.
I hope that with the reminder, it's just there's a bit of a delay between handing them in person, and them being processed and that's all it's down to however given what you've experienced so far, it might not be the case…
Hope you're able to get it sorted asap and can put this stress to the back on your mind.

Thank you for your reply yes I have done a complaint asking them to actually let me take part but I guess I will have to wait ages for a reply. I cant have my rent stopped as will lose my home and I care for my adult son .
