Family Support Letter
I have been trying to complete my PIP review, my partner wants to do a letter of support as he is my main career and knows the most about my needs. But he is not the most savvy when is comes to writing letters or any technical terms or the whole PIP review as a whole. All he knows is how much he does to care for me. Is there any guidance or templates that could help him with this. Obviously he wants this to come from him and be completely honest. But he is a tradesman not someone use to writing letters. Many Thanks. I ve done everything I can from my side. Evidence l, diary etc, as I have had reviews before.

I am not aware of any templates, but he just needs to write it all down what he does for you. Hopefully @Rosie_Scope will see your thread and possibly be able to help.

When I advise people I usually suggest that they include the following information in the letter.
Who they are and their relationship to you.
Describe the difficulties that you face due to your condition/s focussing on
daily living activities.
Detail the support they provide. This could be practical or emotional support. Support could
include carrying out an activity for you or prompting, reminding or
supervising you.3 -
Hi @sjm1430 and a warm welcome to the community from me!
The advice given by Lauren29 is really good and will be really useful to follow. Citizens Advice can help fill in forms and here is some information completing your PIP claim form that I hope you find helpful😊1
