tbh, I'd not worry about it yet, It's concerning I know but given this governments success rates and popularity I'd be surprised if they could get anything through more controversial than a bill that says free lemon sherbets for everyone over 15 and I know organisations on X stated a while ago Dpac possibly could of been another one that they are already seeking legal advice to slap down most of it if it did make it.

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis two weeks ago but so far I get absolutely no pain it's so far showed itself through swelling only but winter will tell.

Well I came back after 8 months break maybe she will too, nothings impossible. She was a good friend to me too.

I remember your first day I had only been here 3 months myself, now you've technically been here longer than me as I'm starting again, that's because And I will be honest originally I had no intention of coming back but I missed some people and can simply put those I didn't on ignore, if they are even still here.

I contacted DPAC a few weeks ago re the Unemployment Insurance to see if this could be legally challenged if it went through. I am posting the reply I got back from them.

'It's difficult to know what will happen now they're not going ahead with the white paper and changes will be made on an adhoc basis but I think this would need primary legislation to go through parliament and couldn't just be changed without that happeneing. I assume it would mean anyone on CB ESA would only get it for 6 or 12 months from what they suggested in the green paper but nothing is clear.

When we spoke with a barrister earlier this year this change was one of the things he felt could most easily be legally challenged if it happened. Obviously it would need to be someone who could get legal aid though as otherwise you potentially face having to pay all charges if you did loose the case.'

yes, it definitely would need primary legislation which means they can't ram it through as a money bill and it will be given full scrutiny, so it would be another ambush MPs inboxes job like the pip 4 points fiasco.

good to hear the easily challenged part, maybe the community across. the internet as a whole could donate small amounts if a case was needed bringing a combined amount to fight this off if required.
