Holiday - Should I inform UC?

I am planing on going for seven days holiday next year i am on lcwra do I have to inform UC couz I got lots of anxiety i am afraid to speak to them

    No, only if you go abroad for more than 28 days.

    You are meant to notify UC of any holidays abroad. Some people choose not to.
