Son Received the report from LCWRA assessment but it doesn’t make much sense to us & there’s numbers next to certain things like 30-36 , could someone help explain it & it doesn’t really say why he is entitled to it either

If you look at the LCWRA descriptors alongside the report, you might be able to work it out.

I can’t seem to work it out as there’s no points or anything to go by on report like it says on the link.

You need to read through the text on the report, to see what the assessor has written.
Used alongside the criteria (as a guide) you should be able to see the reason he was awarded LCWRA.
