@Littlefatfriend I was out of it so couldn't ask ,my mum was unaware I'd hit the deck,she only knew i felt unwell, and was waiting 200yards away kerbside for my sister, my sister was away across the carpark to get the car and was in a line of traffic,I was alone.if it was a "Life lesson " its one I'd had to deal with most of my 60 years!

As for

" life being distracting" i guess we could all say that and pass on by.. luckily we don't. A simple "Are you ok"? Harms no one.

Clearly if you'd fallen to the floor that's very different.

Perhaps that suggests it isn't safe for you to do that without help? That's just how I would read that situation.

As I wrote, I suspect (and hope) other people with disabilities might have stopped to ask if you were okay. Apparently no-one did.

@Littlefatfriend no.. i passed out twice once on floor then staggered to bench. Wasn't sat on it was prostrate on it. Out cold.bag on floor everthing all over the place from it. No im not safe alone. That's why I dont go out alone. In the words of my late grandmother "Circumstances alter cases".
