Hi Mijuka thanks. I looked online with my mum and it said she can claim Attendance allowance and it does seem like it may be easier to get than Pip. my opinion, I may be wrong but I think they where not giving her the 2 points she needed to get the 8 points was because they could see that she was going to be at pension age soon (next weekend). this is my theory only like said may be wrong.

Update on my mum's claim, she sent it to court tribunal but today she got a call from PIP and they said they had overturn it and awarded her 8 points on both living allowance and mobility, she a bit shocked because did not expect them to ring on a Saturday and she was sure she would have to go tribunal so very happy now.
