UC Appointee Biographical ID
Hi, not sure if anyone has had a similar experience but I am appointee for our daughter who has migrated over from ESA to UC. This took place in July and she has had 4 payments. She is on LCWRA and everything seemed ok till I informed them that we are going on holiday yesterday. Today I now have a message to say an appointment has been made to confirm ID with a biographical ID phonecall on Monday. The journal entry makes it sound like my daughter is the one being made the appointee rather than the other way around. Do I need all my information or both hers and mine and will it then have to have a follow up at the job centre to take ID in. I can't understand how this has taken so long when as far as her journal goes both her and my ID was confirmed.

Hi @NeuroEve it might be worth giving them a call to clarify but if you didn't want to do that, I'd definitely take both. It's better to have more proof than you need then less.
