Reactive hypoglycaemia

I have seen a discussion here about reactive hypoglycaemia.
I have suffered low blood sugar on and off for a few years but in 2024, I had serious low blood sugar. It made me loose my balance, sweating, confusion etc… since it has happened very often.
I was seen by endocrinologist. I had pet scan and CT scan to eliminate cancer.
I have not. It is now a question of food. Here is my problem : having to eat every 3 hours. I have stopped eating all the nasty carbs, sugary foods but it does not help… what frustration! Thank goodness I now sleep through the night. I used to have blood sugar dropping to 2.2. 2.3 in the night. I have to live with a sensor… anyone here having this problem?
