๐Christmas movies?
Have you watched any Christmas movies so far this year? Are there any you come back to again and again?
I've promised my kids we'll watch a movie with a hot chocolate tonight, but with very different age ranges (adult to primary school-aged) it can be difficult to find something they will all enjoy.
What are some of your favourite Christmas movies and has anyone seen any new ones this year?

My two favourites that go for pretty much any mood I'm in (I have many ๐) and that I think are enjoyable for all ages are "Elf" and "The Grinch" with Jim Carrey.

Elf particularly, I can't believe it came out in 2003. I don't think my youngest has seen it yet either.

Elf is listed as PG on IMDB, but I can't imagine why. 22 years ago?! Well I still get lost in the joy and the laughter and the silliness and the corniness ๐

Indiana Jones or a James Bond film.

It's in debate as to whether it's a Christmas movie or not, but Planes, Trains and Automobiles.

I've not seen anything new yet this year. But I always come back to Muppets Christmas Carol and Elf. In previous years I've also enjoyed the film Klaus, that's a good one for most ages. Arthur Christmas is fun too!

I'm watching it now. I don't have kids in my life, so I've never thought about whether it's kid appropriate until now. I think not! But like I said I don't have kids in my life so maybe I'm not a good judge.

It's a classic but not exactly Chrimbo fodder. It does seem strange for it to be on on Christmas night. What next? Freddy Kruger?
