Care act assessment

hi
I had a care act assessment done around 5 months ago, the report said I am at risk but I was offered no support
I asked for another assessment which was recently done, this report also states I am at risk in my current accommodation and lists numerous reasons why, but then says my accommodation is suitable
I sent an email explaining contradiction but received a reply that I have to look at the report as a whole
I’m not going to receive the help I need due to this report not being accurate
Anyone have any advice please

I'd recommend contacting a local welfare rights organisation, they don't just advise on benefits but a whole range of issues.
