    yes, It’s exhausting, but I’m learning ways to calm myself when it flares up.

    I had this a while ago and phoned for an ambulance because I thought i was having a heart attack!

    It was very painful when breathing/coughing and moving to sit up, it lasted around 36 hours getting better as time passed.
