Christmas Poem.

Sorry I have been away, I needed to rectify a few things before packing my computer away to have some ME time for christmas.

This is just a little thing.

Christmas Past.

Christmas has been and gone, another year has passed.

All that stress, for just one day, its time to eat and see what on display

There’s Turkey and Chicken, and meats of all tastes, to surprise

And when you add the Swed, Carrots, Mash and Peas,

a colourful display is what we need.

Now put some Yorkshires, two will do

there's enough room to pore gravey as well.

Now think that, that’s a start, its time to tuck in let’s all make a start.

We can’t just make a start, I cried.

There’s something you have all forgot?

No one pulled the Christmas cracker’s or worn their funny hats.

Now that we have started our festive cheer,

Just remember whose Birthday it really is

And spare a thought before you start, God bless us one and all.
