To whom it concern, I have difficulty in filling out PIP form where I am disagreeing with my PIP disability assessment of 5 years ago

Hi @John151328. It might be worth contacting your local Citizens Advice as they have benefits advisors that can help fill the form out with you.

@John151328 Holly has given excellent advice. You should fill out your Review form about your current disabilities, not what they were 5 years ago. Your disabilities could have got worse. It is OK to use your old Assessment for reference, but you need to go into detail how your current disabilities affect your day to day and how you struggle to perform tasks.
