Access to Work persinal support rate £17

dear all, Access to Work has reduced its rate for virtual support aides for work to £17 an hour. Everyone I’ve contacted charges a minimum of £25 per hour. Has anyone successfully challenged this rate with AtW? Grateful for any insights. Kind regards
